Following the government guidelines, we are delighted to confirm we will be reopening on the 4th July and really look forward to welcoming all to Lyndene and Skegness.
Up to that time we will be busy preparing for the summer season after such a long period of closure, preparing for a safe environment and ensuring all of our accommodation is fully sanitised.
As in our previous newsletter, our main priority will be the safety of our guests and staff. We really hope all guests will be understanding in this issue and to support us and other residents for the safety of all. Please carefully read the codes of practice below, which we sincerely hope you understand and will agree to the content:
If you do become ill on holiday, you must contact us immediately and must vacate.
It is advisable to prearrange emergency transport in the event of becoming ill.
You must not travel if you are ill or have a high temperature prior to leaving home.
Give priority to those ascending stairs - do not cross on the staircase.
Maintain social distancing in particular inside internal communal areas..
Please do not congregate in internal communal areas.
Please use hand sanitisers located at:
Ground floor hallway
First floor hallway
Please give priority to those departing at the main door.
The gates, main door and hall windows will be open during daytime - please leave open for the maximum ventilation possible.
Wash hands regularly and use sanitisers.
In communal areas, please only touch necessary items.
Advise us if hand sanitisers are empty.
Do not allow children to play in internal communal areas.
Balance of payment must be paid by credit or debit card prior to arrival.
Visitors occupying units with direct access to the outside are requested not to enter internal communal areas if possible.
Clean and sanitise communal areas at least 2 times per day.
Thoroughly clean and sanitise units between lets.
Will check hand sanitisers at least once per day.
Constantly review safety issues as required.
Follow and conform with government guidelines to contain the pandemic.
We will not be providing garden furniture on the lawn or forecourt as it will be difficult to sanitise afer each individual use. Visitor are more than welcome to bring folding chairs if they wish to use the lawn for relaxation.
